Pay is ok but not great

Really great, high energy atmosphere. You find yourself going out of your way to go the extra mile and get more done. Team works well together and processes are fine-tuned to play to the strengths of each team member. Lots of responsibility, with the ability to begin and lead new projects at one's own discretion. You learn A TON. After an initially steep learning curve, you start to feel like you're in a business master class. I feel like I gain half a year's worth of knowledge for every month I work here! Always great to have well-stocked healthy snacks kept at arm's length (and all the fancy coffee you can drink!) You wind up really invested in your partners and the work you're doing--before long we find yourself taking a real sense of pride in every victory (even victories from different teams)

There's a always a lot to learn, and processes are changed very quickly, sometimes with little notice. This always us to optimize quickly but can get a little stressful. Always a lot to do--you might look up and see that you've been sitting at your desk for ten hours without realizing the time has gone by. Sometimes with so much to do, things can lost in the shuffle--organization is key here, but you really have to stay on top of and be responsible for the projects you're leading.
