Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. And I'm really sorry that your experience at Instep wasn't a positive one - a toxic culture definitely isn't what we're striving for. You're definitely right in that some (not all!) of the team work late - we're trying to create a really flexible working environment where people can do what's right for them. Several of the team (me included!) have young children, so we need a bit more flex during standard working hours sometimes and then happily catch-up later as that suits us better. We definitely don't expect responses from people out of hours though - so thank you, we'll make that clearer so that others don't feel under pressure as that's definitely not our intention.
