Cons
#since its a startup company you have will have spaces to work in various roles. #if you are a foreigner and they are interested in hiring you ,don't work for them untill you are officially employed ,they might offer you to work with them till your employment pass gets done . however you will ended up not getting paid for the time you worked by accepting their offer ,that's what they have done with me when I didn't wanted to pursue my internship with them .I did some some works which needs specific skills which I didn't get paid for . Their product concept is to make immigrants manage their money but they made a immigrant left their place unpaid . I am not sure how they gonna treat the customers. So for foreigners be aware before you ended up getting unpaid.
