Company really takes an interest in the employees, encourage us to learn and grow. Great group of people to work with. A lot of fun activities that bring everyone together. Like a family.

The industry is demanding and fast pace. I love it, but it can be challenging.

Got to work with some great women in management, decent coworkers most of the time, and we’d get the occasional bonus. Every other year, there was a conference we put on for our service providers, which was a nice break from the usual routine. Day to day, I really enjoyed getting to know some of the service providers we worked with lots of them were super down to earth and hardworking, and hearing about their businesses made the work feel more real and personal.

There were times when people with really bad behavior weren’t held accountable, which made things tough. The company could be pretty stuck in its ways and not always open to feedback or new ideas, especially when it came to growing the business. I often felt more like a kid being monitored than a professional trusted to do my job—working remotely or with flexibility wasn’t really supported. There were also a few long-time employees who were seen as untouchable because of their tenure, but honestly, they brought the culture down.
