Pros

A lot of flexibility to try your own outreach style.

Cons

In europe they don't have a strong presence, they did a partnership with Glovo but as an SDR you don't have the perks of tapping into that network to set meetings, you need to genersate completely new business in a territory where the market isn't mature enough and no one has hit target consistenly since they first penetrated the market

Pros

Amazing place to work in, the challenges are really good, the teams in general are top quality and teams are really close to each other. Benefits are also some of the best with 10 extra vacation days.

Cons

The organization tends to be on the "conflictive" side, not necessarily bad, but in general conflicts and discussions are relatively common, even sometimes pushed by the team. This is also a consequence of the clients being rude too. Also, objectives tend to be to do whatever it takes to get the next big client deal, which affects the general product strategy and also in many cases makes teams run.
