11yThank you for your feedback about your experience at Instabill. We appreciate any and all input on how we can become a better company, and regret that you feel your experience at Instabill was disappointing.
In January 2015, we implemented an added incentive to our sales staff that would pay them biannual bonuses based on a percentage of their clients’ credit card and ACH sales turnover.
We utilize several secure payment gateways and our technical support staff is making major upgrades to the Instabill gateway (read about it on ECS-World.com).
Working in a sales environment can be competitive, but our office setting is loose but serious and supportive. A look at some of our videos on our YouTube page reflect this – members of our sales staff regularly participate in them. To take advantage of the incentives we offer, members of our sales staff often work past the 40 hours they are required – we leave it as a personal decision to do so.
