There aren't many really:
1) Decent Compensation
2) Might get an opportunity for some International exposure
Cons
1) The culture is really bad.
2) Alternate Saturdays working
3) No disrespect meant , but its a lala company
4) Ethically challenged
5) Family managed - promotions based on relationship with owners not merit
6) Location: Chakala, Andheri East. Probably the worst place you could pick in Mumbai
7) Career paths not planned strategically
