      Strong instructor community, talented people, interesting work with smart students and AI projects that are actually applicable. Good and fair compensation! Room for creativity and growth in lesson planning.

      Cons

      Virtual work is high screen time at times, but I also opted for this. In-person opportunities are very engaging and fun!
