Pros
The kind of people Inspirit keeps attracting is super impressive and honestly if one had to pick a single reason to work here, it's people! Everybody is so fun to work with and despite of all the challenges faced by a growing company and the seasonality, the people always keep it fun and keep me going!
Cons
Mostly live-online and virtual though they did move to a bigger office space recently so hoping there's more and more shift to the office instead of solely remote work.
