Pros

Working here has been a genuinely positive experience. The company fosters an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and heard. There’s a clear focus on career progression, with opportunities to learn and develop professionally. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, which makes coming into the office enjoyable. I particularly appreciate the open layout and the chance to interact with different departments, it creates a great sense of community and collaboration. My manager is great, I feel she is open and approachable. Overall, I find it a place where people are supported, respected, and encouraged to thrive.

Cons

I feel the pension contributions are particularly low.

Pros

Ability to work from Home

Cons

-Micromanagement is at its highest. There isn't any flexibility regarding deadlines, you are expected to deliver before the time indicated in the constant emails. Any delay will be called out via email without asking the analyst why. -Favoritism from management. Mistakes from analysts are not treated the same, some get a pat on the back while others have to attend a full blown investigation. -The bonus included during the offer negotiations is a scam. Either there will be excuses as to why you cannot get it or it will be capped at 60%. Do not rely on it. -There are no prospects for career progression. The salary is maintained very low with very few perks. -Everything is treated like an emergency yet it's not a hospital. No flexibility or changes in timelines without a whole story of explanations included in emails. -Lack of mutual respect and clarity from management, a simple question requiring a yes or no clarification can lead to someone constantly repeating the same explanation 4 times in the hope that you maybe deaf. -Training is not good as its work from home, you are expected to pick up something within a short time and produce excellent results. -Not many opportunities to express oneself as any wrong ideas can have you sent back into training or reading SOPs.

Pros

People are nice to work with

Cons

Management couldn’t manage its way out of a paper bag. Everything is soon, soon when you need something but they rarely deliver. It seems the more useless you are the higher your progression
