Pros
I don't have to sell anyone- I do a needs analysis and build the exact plans my client wants. Although I have unlimited free leads, my leader offers even better free leads every single day. I'll be approaching my first residual check soon and have received a ton in just weekly bonuses already. Free leads, free CRM, work from home... I wish I found this sooner.
Cons
Although you get free leads it's still not a hand out, if you don't work you don't get paid. Like any insurance job.
