      Pros

      Really wonderful staff to work with, high morale, extra experience opportunities with a growing business. Lots of hands-on work for beginners. A good company to start out with.

      Cons

      Non-competitive pay, no benefits, organization at the manager level needs work and often results in delays for clients. Hours vary dependent on level of business that month.

      Pros

      I learned and grew as an editor here. Great teamwork and the boss is extremely nice and genuinely cares. I wouldn’t be where I’m at today with this company.
