      Some fantastic leadership in the company

      Their HR department is one of the worst I've ever dealt with, whether it be policy, performance management, or staff recruitment/retention. The Director just lacks any direction or accountability.

      senior leadership doesnt have an innovative mindset it takes for ever to get something done depending on the job position, the lack of systems, processes and resources will set you for failure.
