Pros

True flexibility Opportunity to focus on an aspect of work you are interested in

Cons

Turnover of 15% in the past two months No room for growth A non leadership team employee attempted to covertly steal team members from other teams by blackmailing them and telling them they will tell the CEO you aren't cooperating if you don't do what he says. This is a well-known problem and the entire leadership team knows but they will not do anything about it. Job offers do not match up to jobs they expect you to perform Engineers are the only team that gets great salary

Pros

Fun culture; great product that helps patients and caregivers with the same/similar conditions connect when they most need it, gives patients access to data they may otherwise not have access too, for pharma and the medical industry, the company's valuable and rare data can accelerate medical breakthroughs.

Cons

Nothing really. If you don't want to work hard, this is not the place for you. But if you do want to work hard, there is plenty of opportunity for growth and advancement.

Pros

Some of the people I worked with. The clients were also great.

Cons

Everything. The management, being paid on time, work load, etc.
