Pros
• Technicians genuinely care about the kids and support each other.
• Flexible schedule if you’re willing to put up with constant chaos.
Cons
• Unsafe environment: Clinics have no windows, hallways are dangerously narrow, and playrooms are empty with broken or unsanitary toys. Cleaning/disinfecting happens rarely. Safety concerns are dismissed or met with hostility.
• No accountability: HR, Clinical Directors, and even OSHA complaints are ignored or brushed aside. Staff who raise concerns are labeled as “troublemakers.”
• High turnover: Multiple employees quit over the summer, practicum students leave as soon as they can, and trainers aren’t replaced. Burnout is rampant.
• Nepotism: The company is run like a family business with limited professionalism. Advancement beyond RBT is impossible unless you’re part of their inner circle or out-of-state (cheaper for them).
• Payroll issues: Expect late checks, missing money, and inconsistent deductions. I observed inconsistencies in slack communications. Families are even blamed when pay is mishandled.
• Poor leadership: Concerns about client and staff safety are ignored, dismissed, or even ridiculed.
