Pros

- The mission of decarbonizing transportation in the US. - Above average compensation

Cons

- A company culture of lies, backstabbing, and people throwing each other under the bus. - Budgets were slashed along with a lot of great employees after the commercial EV tax credits ended (not exclusively an Inspiration issue). - Employees walk on eggshells when dealing with the executive team because they fear public humiliation, beratement, and retaliation. - Putting the cart before the horse and making the entire organization drop everything and scramble to support the few prospects in the pipeline. - The "flavor of the month" mentality. Whether it's a consultant, a new hire, or something someone saw on LinkedIn, strategy is thrown out the window and teams need to pivot and try something that someone with no skin in the game has recommended. - Exceptional employees are overworked and mistreated by specific C-Suite members who have no right to be people managers. - Employees being encouraged to leave positive Google and Glassdoor reviews to paint a better picture of the company. - Employees who travel are required to do so on a shoestring budget. - If this company ever pivots from being an EV-only FMC, there will be no reason for them to exist. ****PLEASE SPEAK TO ANY CURRENT OR FORMER EMPLOYEE OFF THE RECORD ABOUT THE CULTURE AND WHAT IT'S REALLY LIKE TO WORK HERE BEFORE YOU ACCEPT A JOB OFFER AT THIS ORGANIZATION****

Pros

- The company gets better every year (e.g. health insurance out of pocket has been going down as the company matures.) - Josh, Sung, and Chris all recognize their own missteps and makes changes accordingly. - This is not a traditional fleet management company (thank god), despite FMC people who have been hired here wanting it to be. This means there will be strategy changes as the company figures out what the market needs. - Solid record of ethical bonus payout. I've worked at places where the company will do everything in their power to not pay out. - Company is has closed big customers.

Cons

- There is a specific team that truly does nothing except create lists of work for other people to do. They're completely unproductive, toxic, and it impacts other teams. They seem to have some sort of political protection from producing results or experiencing consequences. - Benefits are slightly expensive despite their costs having come down as mentioned above. - People generally don't want to tell Josh unfiltered thoughts. I'm not sure why because he's a friendly and approachable guy, but I think his title scares people. - There are too many VP's without any actual domain ownership and these people often think their job is to delegate (not produce). They should be titled as IC's.
