The company lacks basic necessities like Restroom,fans etc and it is set up in a basement without proper ventilation.They don't pay the salary that they promise on the joining date nor do they give relieving letter until you complete one year. They humiliate you in front of the team every day, and irritate you physically and mentally.There is nothing like induction, employee training(at least for 15 days) and other mandatory procedures that you expect in a corporate entity. They just care about the footfalls,and whether the employee is properly trained to judge the quality of the candidate, they don't give a damn! Right from the second day of joining, you are asked to source and give numbers. They treat new joiners like their servants and expect them to do miracles(5-6 joining in the first month without training).No professionalism in talking with employees. No freedom to raise your opinion, too much dominating egoistic senior male staff,who pretend to have fallen from the sky with horns and Masters/Phd in sourcing,behave very badly to the junior staff. They compare one employee with the other and use the principle of DIVIDE AND RULE to get the most out of the juniors. The attrition rate is too high because of this, and the salary is too low compared to the industry standards. The incentives are very low, and is paid once in between three months. If the employee gets fired before the incentives are distributed, he will loose his hard earned money!! Never ever join this consultancy as it will only do harm and no good to you. There is no job security because one bad month with less offers means you are under the risk of getting fired without any notice. They are ruining the careers of freshers who want to begin their career in HR.
