I really appreciate your thoughts here, and agree – we can always do a better job in communicating (we have some cool tools coming soon to help us streamline that!) I also appreciate your comments on pay, and, is another area the HR team has spent a lot of time on this past quarter to evaluate, benchmark, and elevate the way we look at compensation all together.
