As we have continuously messaged across Millennium Trust and more specifically to all People Leaders, we go through a very comprehensive periodic review of our overall employee compensation package to ensure we provide competitive, if not above market, compensation packages. This includes not only base salary, but also bonus payouts, employee health benefits, student loan reimbursement, spot bonuses, paid-time-off, 401k company match, wellness program, etc. We look at base salary as one element of our overall employee compensation package and feel we provide programs that align to our company culture and strategy.
