Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you are finding your collaboration with coworkers and peers as a positive experience. We have put a great deal of emphasis in improving the culture at Millennium Trust through a number of key initiatives. These include, to name a few;
- creating company values that were defined by our employees;
- an internal social media platform that allows all employees to share improvement ideas around processes, client experience and engagement; and
- key enhanced benefit programs that align to our workforce.
We pride ourselves in creating programs that will further improve the employee engagement level and create a culture that is fun and exciting. As a growing company, we know our people are the reason we have had tremendous growth and it will be our people who will define our future success.
I’m extremely disappointed to read your feedback as it relates to your Manager. Know that the culture we want to create and model starts with our People Leaders. We our currently on a continuous journey to ensure all People Leaders go through various development programs to ensure we get the best out of them. Without additional details on the circumstance you are referring to, it is difficult for me to help resolve. I take this feedback very serious and I would like to learn more.
