- Organization: Like a kitchen, we continue to evolve. We're like spokes in a wheel that's running in circles but slowly and steadily moving forward.
- Blend of Acquisitions: Getting more polished. Mixed in a blender and outputting into a cohesive, integrated company.
- Power-hungry Managers: Some of the managers have been in their jobs/groupings for a minimum of five years, some pushing 20 years. I applaud that, that is special. I think all of these managers should be switched to other groups, to shake it up a bit.
- Never-ending work: I'm not knocking being busy...I absolutely love that I'm busy due to work coming to me constantly. . Never-ending demand. I'm on a salary, on the lower end, and don't get paid for the average 50-80 hours a week I work during Open Enrollment Season.
