The company tried to adapt products to meet the ever changing conditions of the Health Insurance Industry. Insphere also conducted weelkly training to help their agents stay up to speed with the modified/new products.
Cons
The leads were very poor. The majority of prospecting resulted in cold calling, which was very challenging.
