Pros
The bosses are nice and willing to help. The office meetings are full of energy. It is a positive company to work for.
Cons
The technology can be a little difficult. You must be willing to learn how to use it on your own, because you won't learn very much in the classroom session if you even have one. The training leaves a whole lot to be desired. I went on a few appointments with my sales leader to see how he ran appointments, but he never went to an appointment with me or completed a trial appointment with me.
