Pros
Good Base, expense card, generous PTO, great bennies, good training and red carpet conventions. Fun company great people.
Cons
PEO is tough sell. Long sales cycle and very seasonal. 70 percent of business signed in Oct and November. about 46% turnover in sales force every year. Average life expectancy as BPA is 18 - 24 months. Seniors get ALL leads. Continuous prospecting and difficult to find companies that fit model.
