      Pros

      I'm a newer employee, and the support I've felt at Insperity was immediate. The culture starts from the top down; it's truly one of the friendliest and most pleasant groups of people I've ever worked with. Every company has its issues, but Insperity deals with them in the most productive way I've seen. It's a great place with great people, benefits, and an attitude that *actually* supports work/life balance. Everyone is united as a whole, dedicated to doing good work because we're getting treated right in return.

      Cons

      It can be a little rigid, like any company. But I see efforts to work across departments and improve this all the time.

      Pros

      The culture at Insperity is second to none. Very strong PEO service and marketing & service support. Strong income potential for someone who is willing to invest 5+ years building residuals.

      Cons

      The base salary for the role is below industry norms. While the actual PEO services are world class, the services come at a high premium vs competitors. Because of the lower salaries, many of the BPA's leave for higher salaries.
