Pros

Plenty of resources to help you succeed, but will require 60+ hours of diligent work to grow your pipeline. Good base pay while you try to acquire new business. Great benefits and monthly credit card reimbursement.

Cons

Territory is saturated with a lot of reps. Difficult to find good business's that can afford premium service. Leadership is numbers driven and does not offer support when struggling. Cold call to acquire most new leads - Should have a SOLID network of reliable connections if you want to succeed early on (not warned). No inbound leads. Nasty treatment from leaders if they know you aren't performing well - quite discouraging.

Pros

worklife balance, remote work, pto, tuition reimbursement, overall good people.

Cons

low pay for the industry (seriously low), old processes, slow to change when it comes to implementing policies and a culture of nepotism. No growth opportunities due to employees staying in their position until retirement. Can't move up until someone leaves, retires or kicks the bucket. All departments operate lean - understaffed.
