Pros

Company holidays and perks if you know the right people or work in the correct department you can manage. It's who you know not what.

Cons

Horrible work life balance you have PTO but can neve take it and if you do you have a crazy workload to come back to with a horrible back up system. No leadership support they do not know payroll and do not help when slammed. They do not support you training is reading and does not set you up for success. The pay is lower then industry standards and your work load is heavy . System is old and out dated very slow. You have double the work when someone goes on vacation and heavy payrolls makes the system so slow and glitch. They need to hire more people and get an updated system. Payroll is treated as the lowest on the food chain. no outside training or training that helps you advance no incentives to motive your improvement and the leaders bullies and send negativity rather than empower. You must be in the click to prosper or you just maintaining the same dreadful workload overworked underpaid and uneducated on the new advances for payroll.

Pros

The culture at Insperity is second to none. Very strong PEO service and marketing & service support. Strong income potential for someone who is willing to invest 5+ years building residuals.

Cons

The base salary for the role is below industry norms. While the actual PEO services are world class, the services come at a high premium vs competitors. Because of the lower salaries, many of the BPA's leave for higher salaries.
