Lower base salary over other PEO's by $5k-$7K annual on average. Their commission model does not pay you a nice rip upon the sale; however, you do earn monthly payments for as long as the client remains a client which is rare in this space but again, your big commissions will be hard to get compared to other PEO's. They lack sales technology such as SalesForce, LinkedIn Premium, lead programs such as InfoUSA, ZoomInfo, or Hoovers.
Many managers micro-manage but if you can focus on your appointment numbers and hit those, you will be given a little more freedom to do what is needed while you build your pipeline.
I personally have found certain offices to be slightly "clicky" but there are more good people overall so maybe this will not impact you.
