Pros
Great work life balance. It's even better if you are away from the Texas market. If you can get in it is a great place to learn the PEO sale. They have a good starting base and good benefits. You start at 152 hours of PTO a year and 8 holidays.
Cons
The company is run by the District Managers. After that the leadership drop off is rather large. This company used to have some very good leaders, but they have lost them and the only ones left are yes men for the 4 amigos. They are the most expensive PEO in the market and in this economy there are other PEO's out there. They have started to ala cart the service model and charge for recruiting, performance management, on site training, and other things that used to be included. They didn't change the price point. Expensive.
