Pros
Amazingly moral culture full of caring and nurturing leaders and trainers. They truly care about your success and invest in making sure you have all resources needed. A company the size of Insperity really should have short comings but in my 7 months here, I can't find it. I can see my career being spent here with the way we are treated. Nothing but respect and encouragement.
Cons
It's a tough and long sales cycle. Because Insperity offers more of a merger opportunity than a sale, it takes a polished and patient sales person to really thrive here. That being said, you will still trust and believe what you are selling. Not many companies can fully live up to the offerings but Insperity can.
