Pros
For starters- everyone from the CEO to the local management team truly cares about their employees & local community. The main selling point for me, as a candidate interviewing, was the support behind the service Insperity offers. Top reps make over 250K+. The relationships fostered with both employees and clients are deep and meaningful; which speaks to the high retention rate on both fronts.
Cons
The work can be very demanding; and returns on these efforts take a while to see.
