Pros

- Healthcare they provide to you as an employee -You do not need real sales experience to succeed as its not really sales

Cons

- They hire you so you can provide your own contacts to sell to. It is there strategy for lead generation -Senior BPA's get all leads -Their proposal's to clients are ambiguous because they charge more than any other PEO -They want the client not to understand their proposal or make an error and they will not tell the propsect they mad a mistake -Turnover on the sales team is high and expected

Pros

The culture at Insperity is second to none. Very strong PEO service and marketing & service support. Strong income potential for someone who is willing to invest 5+ years building residuals.

Cons

The base salary for the role is below industry norms. While the actual PEO services are world class, the services come at a high premium vs competitors. Because of the lower salaries, many of the BPA's leave for higher salaries.
