Fabulous,Amazing Benefits Great PTO Good base--- on paper. Corporate/Service employees seem to be happy--its the sales professionals who really have the short end of the stick.
Cons
Sold as an outside job--this is straight telemarketing in a boiler room setting. Product price point is confusing and unreasonable-- nearly 2x that of larger,dominant competitors. Sales is far overstaffed--3x more sales staff than that of larger ,dominant competitors No leads,prospecting lists,nothing--full blown self generation. You split everything you produce with a senior sales rep for first 2-3 years -appointments,commissions, everything---there is no reciprocation or choice of senior rep--the rep is chosen for you. High tension, stress, desperation in offices--poor poor culture Constant turnover--monthly terminations and people that just plain quit.
