Pros

Understanding staff/managers' flexible work Schedule and self-driven pay. Full commission So the amount you want to make it up to you there are plenty of opportunities and everyone helps each other to be better, and there is a lot of room for vertical growth. Ideas are heard and worked on constantly.

Cons

With the company being fully commission based there is room for improvement on the pay for hire managers whose main focused is no longer answer calls. As it is a call center there are structured hours however they are flexible between 8 am and 9pm EST. Everything is set up to be in the eastern time zone, so if you live outside of that, just make sure you adjust yourself accordingly. We work with all US time zones, however. Lack of benefits

Work from Home, Fast-Paced but Low stress.

Cons

If you are one of the cool kids, you'll be fine for a while. But it isn't an environment that offers long term growth.
