      Pros

      Small but mighty team of people who are smart, driven and dedicated! Everyone wears many different hat not because they are asked but because they genuinely care about the success of the company. Leadership is fair, respectful and transparent -- treating EVERYONE as a founder of the business! Finally has a clear vision of where we're going as a company and an actual plan of how to get there!!! Great culture all around. I would highly recommend joining us!

      Cons

      Growing pains for early stage company as expected. Nothing that is unique. Startups isn't for everyone!

      Pros

      Great people to work with and learn from, they went out of their way to accomodate me during some tough times, and their People Team are very helpful and do a great job and organizing events, managers that were always willing to help you grow, and a great PM.

      Cons

      Completely remote means I wasn't able to have actual coffee/water cooler face time with employees once in awhile, but we did a company get together in person every year.
