      Pros

      The company is going to hell in a hand basket so hopefully you won't have to endure too much pain by working there....

      Cons

      Far too many to outline here but here's a few that may give you an insight: They treat customers badly & staff even worse One of the Directors is a bully. Anyone who has had the misfortune of working there will know who this is... They make promises to both clients & staff then never deliver on them. May explain why they are unable to sell anything As for culture & values...lol...The staff are just an ends to a means....

      A real positive team environment Very supportive leadership - Encourage and deliver praise frequently Encourage staff to contribute their ideas positively to the business Huge ambition to succeed and believe that with the right team in place continued success is inevitable - Staff feel this

      Cons

      Being an agile exciting SME can sometimes lead to priorities changing on a whim, i think that this has been addressed via the building up of a very experienced, dedicated and supportive senior management team and the focus on building the right team around them combined with a clear and thought out strategy for the business. All I would say is keep this up because it really has a positive impact on the team around you.
