I think the thing Insiten prides itself most on is hiring at the entry level and then providing the mentorship to make you a senior development in about half the time we usually see at other companies. Once you have reached core technical competancies, there are tons of opportunties for leadership and advancement. I appreciate that the company is so transparent and includes us in the business happenings. It provides a real sense of ownership. I always feel valued.

Startup life can be hectic, with complex features coming to you that need to be developed quickly. It definetly keeps things exciting.

A great culture of learning. Lots of autonomy. Open and accepting atmosphere. Love for the work done and passionate managers who are committed to development of more junior employees.

As with all startups, the processes can be a little over lax in some areas, but the environment is such that if you find something that's broken, speak up and take ownership of it.
