A good starting environment if you join a team that works well together and takes the time to guide you through the learning process
Cons
There is a strong micromanagement style, with constant pressure on task delivery. Employees have limited opportunities to grow or stand out, and staff feedback is not always acknowledged. The boss’s wife often lingers around the office, spreading negative stories about staff to others. Staff can be humiliated or singled out at the management’s whim, creating a toxic and demoralizing work environment. To add on, claims and reimbursements are often delayed, sometimes taking 3–4 months to process, adding unnecessary frustration for employees.
