Pros
Company has an inherent lean business culture and follows multiple business practices from its parent company. This encourages a behavior of inclusion, transparency, and improvement. HR is strict on ensuring performance appraisals are carried out and calibrated on ratings. (Not seen elsewhere, with this rigour). For good performer this means opportunities to grow.
Cons
Technical debt is slowing the company down - the industry it caters is laggard and fragmented which hasn't helped. Too many management changes
