Everything I've seen tells me that the opportunities are there for everyone, you just have to stick your head above the parapet. I can honestly say that I've never been at a business where diversity and inclusion are often talked about, but also lived day to day. That's sometimes challenging in a small business, but they certainly take this and their culture very seriously.

Its a growing business, its not perfect, but that is where the opportunities lie. Car parking in the Peterborough office is a pain.
