Quality customers - Very big companies who understand the proposition so the product and the value we deliver is effective and makes sense. The customers will see you as a thought leader and count on you. Good exposure - Had the chance to work on different aspects and structures, and learn new things. Flat structure - no larger hierarchies. Freedom to make decisions that I see as best.
Cons
Remote work structure as an international company. May not suit those expecting physical close contact office work environments.
