Pros
1. The marketers give their whole and soul to land you a job. 2. Constant touch with HR and upper management, something that is really important when one opts for remote marketing. 3. They have the know how of the industry and guided me from the first step as to what technology I should pursue, what I should learn, where I should focus etc.
Cons
They require my timesheets ON TIME. Not really a con but sometimes hard to keep upto.
