They hire people to show to their clients that they have head count, after that if they loose the client then they will reduce the salary. make the workplace toxic to you, They will say you are not enough and make your mind to go. if you still stay they they will terminate. They cannot retain clients in long term. clients are unstable so their operations are inconsistent so then your job as well They express special favouritism to some likable people of higher management, Specially of CEO. so if they tell something bad about you no matter you work hard then CEO and other higher management people will belive that then next you will feel the consequences. They are getting rubish, outdated, and problematic projects because they don't have enough and they will fail again and higher management put the blame on you again.
