Pros
I've very much enjoyed the time spent at Insights so far. The company is headquartered in Scotland, but have an office in Austin. Everyone I've met that works here has been incredibly kind and welcoming.
While this may differ from team-to-team, I've had a lot of great support from my managers and the IT team. I would say the pay and benefits are competitive when compared to other positions on the market for my role.
Cons
With a lot of the company being remote, sometimes communication can get a bit lost between teams.
