      They aggressively attempt to recruit new hires. They advertise an unusually high salary for the job qualifications and responsibilities compared to similar roles elsewhere.

      Cons

      They aggressively attempt to recruit new hires even if you have not applied to the company. They will contact you every day about “an open job position” until you respond or block them. They will not provide any additional information other than “an open position” and a location of a general office building. They do not have an online presence other than their own website and three social media pages.

      Pros

      Wonderful people to work with. Meet new people daily in the office and at site locations.

      Cons

      Recieving 30% of donations collected. If teamed up you split in have and 30% is what you make. Drive to the office was an hour, sent to a site to set up could be any where from 15 mins to an hour away. Then drive back to office. People riding with you and no gas money, no mileage pay. 11 hour days / $3.00 hour is what it comes up to.
