Continuing to really enjoy my role here at Insight. My voice is heard, I am not micro managed and have been able to expand my role and knowledge.

I do not currently have any cons with the company

Leadership change in 2022 created a monumental shift in overall company morale. Enjoyed my time and felt respected and acknowledged for my contributions. Really felt like part of a team. Still speak with many of my former colleagues today. Would highly reccomend!

Not company's issue, but commute time on days I was in office became difficult.
