      This place truly cares about all their patients and are not about the bottom line. The doctors both have specialties that set them apart from the regular optometry practice and the staff are all amazing.

      Cons

      Because it is growing so fast it can get a little hectic at times.

      4 day work week with 40 hours Friendly staff Cohesive Team Making a big difference in patients lives every day

      Pros

      The doctors are genuinely great doctors with a lot of passion for what they do. The vision therapy department is wonderful.

      Cons

      Place is run incredibly poorly. No HR. Racist, ableist, and homophobic speech between coworkers allowed with no repercussions. Lots of in-fighting between coworkers so there is no sense of trust.
