      Substantial PTO/sick leave for salary workers, free supervision for CADC/LCAS-A (provided the director of the year makes time for it), FMLA if needed, opportunities for paid time for interns

      Cons

      Out of touch senior management that responds to burned out employees by saying facility could function with fewer staff even though 1 person cannot call out sick without causing 2 other people to work overtime to compensate, wages that do not reflect cost of living, lack of adequate training before major responsibilities

      Great upper management and good coworkers

      Cons

      Expect to do more than your pay range (pay is not great for the clientele you work with). Some days can be overwhelming.
