The staff have a genuine passion to help our clients and serve their best interests. Team accountability helps the various departments focus on desired goals. The Covid protocols/response demonstrated the resilience of the agency. Work Culture
Cons
Being a smaller provider to the BH needs of our community than the local hospitals and LMEs, we cannot compete with their larger budgets. So there is an on-going loss of Insight trained personnel.
