Culture is a big part of what they do. Experience team and the owners are very involved. The office is also really fun and they have a ball pit.

I enjoyed my time here. The environment is pretty relaxed - coworkers were fun and the open office concept created easy opportunity to get to know and interact with everyone. The benefits were good. Unique clients made for differing projects that typically were pretty cool.

Upper management is not well in the loop with the ongoings of most employees. While most everyone is really nice, it's not the most open and honest environment. Changes within the agency would sometimes go unaddressed to many employees.
